Riders can adjust resistance at the touch of a button or choose from 14 exercise programs, making it suitable for a range of workout styles. The quiet magnetic resistance system helps provide smooth operation, while the console displays speed, RPM, time, distance, heart rate, calories, level, and watts. A 4-way adjustable seat allows movement up/down and fore/aft for improved fit, and the non-slip PVC coated handlebars also adjust up/down and fore/aft. The bike is Bluetooth enabled and can be used with a personal seat if preferred.
