The Cascade Pro Power Indoor Bike is built for riders who want to train with power output data and adjustable resistance in a compact indoor cycling format. Its magnetic resistance system operates without friction parts, helping reduce wear and keeping the ride quiet. The Power Console connects through Bluetooth and ANT+ and records workout data with the ALA Fitness App on your iPhone. The backlit screen displays watts, heart rate, calories, resistance, speed, cadence, distance, time, and clock. ANT+ technology also transmits data for compatible applications to read. A resistance lever makes intensity changes easy, and the bike offers 16 levels of resistance for interval training from 30 watts to over 1,000 watts. The seat adjusts up, down, fore, and aft for a better fit, and the non-slip PVC coated handlebars also adjust up, down, fore, and aft. A wireless heart rate monitor is included, and the bike is compatible with Kinomap and Zwift.
