Product Overview
Product Summary
Clinton bariatric parallel bars are designed for physical therapy gait training and mobility exercises with a platform-mounted design for added stability. They feature adjustable height and width, a 500 lb. weight capacity, and ramped platform ends for easier access.
Product Description
These Clinton platform mounted parallel bars are built to support bariatric patients and larger individuals during walking practice, balance training, strength work, and range-of-motion exercises. The 10 ft. bars are mounted on a 1.5" thick hardwood plywood platform with a UV-cured satin finish, and safety tread at both ends helps reduce slipping during start and stop movements. Ramped platform ends support easier ingress and egress, while heavy-duty square telescoping steel uprights provide a stable frame for the 1.5" diameter one-piece stainless steel handrails. Height adjusts from 20" to 34" using spring-loaded plungers and numbered indicator strips, and a second height knob helps reduce side-to-side play for a more secure feel. These parallel bars are intended for physical therapy use only and require assembly.
