Product Description
The Comfy Splints Elbow and Hand Combination Orthosis features a two-part internal frame that supports coordinated extension of the elbow and hand. Its adjustable design helps improve positioning and range of motion for functional use while helping prevent flexion contractures. The hand section can accommodate pronation and supination, and a supinated hand position can be rotated toward neutral. This orthosis is intended for gradual extension of clenched fingers, wrist, or hand and may be useful in managing spasticity and related upper extremity positioning needs. It is commonly used in the treatment of deformities associated with CP, CVA, disuse atrophy, or neurological disorders. The unit comes standard with a Full Hand attachment and can be configured with alternate hand attachments depending on user needs. An elbow goniometer option is also available.
