Product Description
This Comfy Splints Elbow and Hand Combination Orthosis uses a two-part internal frame to support simultaneous extension of the elbow and hand while accommodating upper extremity flexion synergy. The hand section allows for pronation and supination, and the supinated hand position can be rotated toward neutral as needed. The orthosis is fully adjustable and is designed to help improve range of motion and functional positioning while helping prevent flexion contractures.
It is suited for gradual extension of clenched fingers, wrist, or hand and may be used to assist with spasticity management. The two separate components combine to form one splint, and two-part reimbursement coding is suggested. This version comes standard with the Full Hand attachment and is also available with Hand Roll or Hand Thumb attachments depending on user needs.
