Product Description
The Comfy Boot with Strap is a supportive adult orthosis intended to help prevent plantar flexion contractures, assist with foot drop, and support wound care and pressure area management. The elevated heel contour and anti-rotation bar are designed to help control hip and leg rotation, making the boot suitable for use where positioning support is needed. It is also commonly used for bedridden patients to help reduce the risk of heel pressure sores. The headliner cover is super soft, removable, and machine washable, and a free laundry bag is included. An antimicrobial surface protector helps shield the boot from mold, mildew, stains, bacteria, fungus, and algae. This version includes an added strap for extra protection against plantar flexion, along with an ankle strap to help secure positioning. An extender kit is included to help accommodate wider or edematous feet, and the toe post can be extended to fit most foot sizes. Adult size fits feet 8" to 13" and up to men's size 16, with calf circumference up to 16".
