The Core Apex Premium Cervical Orthosis with Heat is intended to assist in supporting the neck in a more proper position while helping address discomfort associated with whiplash, tech neck, and other neck injuries when used under the direction of a healthcare professional. Its firm support is designed to help reestablish cervical alignment, while the wedge extension supports the upper thoracic spine, allowing the shoulders to drop and helping stretch the chest and neck muscles.
A channel at the apex of the wedge holds the included MicroBeads Moist Heat Pack for targeted moist heat therapy to the cervical tissue. The reusable pack can be microwaved in short intervals until the desired temperature is reached and maintains therapeutic warmth for about 20 minutes. The plush cover is soft against the skin, and the microbeads are scent free, drug free, and free from common herbal or grain-based pack contents. This cervical orthosis is latex free, made in the USA, and can be spot cleaned with a damp towel and mild soap if needed.
