The Core Swede-O PowerWrap Ankle Brace offers adjustable ankle support with a patented positive tensioning system and no-tie laces for quicker application than traditional lace-up braces or ankle taping. Its open design helps accommodate swelling and allows the foot to be placed into the brace without flexing the ankle, which may help avoid further irritation to an injury. Independent PowerWrap tabs let users adjust support at the foot and ankle separately for a more personalized fit. When properly fitted, the center wedge is designed to allow natural ankle movement during activity.
The brace features a durable canvas shell built for athletic use, along with a seamless bottom for added comfort. Soft material over the Achilles tendon is intended to reduce irritation and the potential for blistering. Stainless steel spiral stays are sewn into the brace to help limit inversion and eversion injuries. The bilateral design fits either the right or left ankle and is made to fit in most athletic shoes.
