The Cortech USA Endurance Bed 1.5 is a one-piece rotationally molded bed designed for durability, easy maintenance, and secure storage integration. It is built for use with a 30" x 75" mattress and finished in sand.
Product Description
Constructed from high-impact polyethylene, the Endurance Bed features a one-piece rotationally molded design that supports strength and long-term use. The bed includes molded side slots for property box storage, with the option to reverse-mount the unit to remove the storage feature when needed. Molded end shelving provides open storage for personal items, and the design offers sound dampening for quieter use. It is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, and can be bolted to the floor using concealed pilot holes with hardware selected by the installer. Field-installed restraint rings are available. The bed is designed for a 30" x 75" mattress, has 4.0 cu. ft. of side storage across two compartments, and has a 2000 lb. static load rating. It passes UL 94 HB flammability testing, has been tested to ISO 22196 showing greater than 99% reduction in bacteria, and passes Cal 133 flame retardant testing. Manufactured in the USA to ISO quality standards.
