Product Description
The Endurance Wall Bunk from Cortech USA features a durable rotationally molded construction for added strength and dependable performance. Its one-piece design is made from high-impact polyethylene and does not use steel or wood components. The bunk bolts directly to the wall using pilot holes and hardware selected for the installation, and it is designed for a 30" x 75" mattress. A 4.5" thick mattress is recommended. This space-saving bunk is suited for double bunk use and includes sound dampening properties. It is also easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Testing includes a 250 lb. load cycled 70,000 times and static load testing at 2,000 lbs. for 24 hours with residual deflection under .3". The product passes Flammability UL 94 HB, has been tested to ISO 22196 showing greater than 99% reduction in bacteria, and passes Cal 133 flame retardant testing. Test reports are available upon request.
