The Sabre Chair from Cortech USA is a versatile seating option intended for lounging applications where durable, low-maintenance construction is important. Its ergonomic shape is produced through rotational molding technology, and the chair is made from high-impact polyethylene with no steel or wood components. The design includes concealed pilot holes for floor mounting or for bolting chairs together in place, along with an access door for adding ballast when site weighting is needed. Sound dampening properties and easy-clean surfaces help make the chair practical for high-use environments. It is rated to 1500 lb. static load per ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2011 and has been tested to ISO 22196, showing greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. The chair also passes UL 94 HB flammability testing and Cal 133 flame retardancy testing.
