Product Description
This molded platform bed is made from high-impact polyethylene in a single-piece construction for long-term use and consistent performance. The smooth woodgrain surface provides the look and feel of wood while remaining virtually maintenance free and easy to clean. Its design eliminates metal and wood components, and the rounded edges with sloped surfaces are intended to reduce ligature risk in supervised environments. The bed includes tamper-resistant underside ballast compartment doors for sand bag weighting and a corner mounting system for floor bolting when needed. It is infused with CORx anti-microbial compound, is flame retardant, and carries a lifetime warranty. The bed weighs 126 lbs. and has a weight capacity of 2000 lbs.
