The Solstice Safetyguard Bed combines the appearance of a therapeutic bed with added safety-focused design elements. Raised molded-in wall panels run laterally along both sides of the bed to help reduce the risk of injury from falls, while the partial panel design supports patient comfort and a less restrictive feel. This bed is intended for use with a 36 inch by 75 inch mattress, sold separately, and includes three ballast doors on the bottom for use with sand bags. Built for demanding care environments, it supports a weight capacity of 1500 lb.
