Product Description
Built for versatile lounge arrangements, the Sync Chair offers a broad seating profile that can be used on its own or connected with other In Sync Modular Series pieces to create adaptable layouts. The chair is rotationally molded for added strength and is constructed from high-impact polyethylene with no steel or wood components. An integral plinth base helps improve stability and floor mounting integrity, while concealed pilot holes allow the chair to be bolted together in place or secured to the floor. This model includes an optional ballast door for on-site sand filling to add weight, though the ballast door is not included with this model. The design is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, and it provides sound dampening performance. It has been tested to ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2011 for a 1500 lb. static load, passes UL 94 HB flammability testing, and was tested to ISO 22196 showing greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. It also passes Cal 133 testing and is manufactured in the USA to ISO quality standards.
