This Medicare approved shoe conforms to the Medicare Therapeutic Shoe Bill and is intended for use by individuals with conditions such as a history of amputation, poor circulation, pre-ulcerative calluses, peripheral neuropathy, foot deformity, or a history of ulceration. The extra-depth design includes a full-length removable footbed to provide additional space for inserts and orthotics. A lightweight, stretchable upper is made to move with the foot and help accommodate misalignment, abnormalities, and bandaging. Sold as a pair, the GentleStep is available in multiple sizes and widths.
