The Darco MedSurg DUO Post-Op Shoe combines two EVA densities in the sole to deliver up to 40% more plantar pressure reduction than a standard post-op shoe. Its lightweight construction helps reduce overall shoe weight by up to 27% compared with standard post-op footwear, while also improving shock absorption and durability. The shoe is compatible with the PQ Peg Assist Offloading Insole, making it suitable for use in an offloading setup. An adjustable ankle strap with a soft ankle pad adds comfort, and the dual buckle design allows the strap and pad to be switched for left or right foot use. This item is sold as one shoe and fits either foot. Small size measures 9.4 inches in length and approximately 3.7 inches in width.
