Product Description
The Detecto APEX-SH digital clinical scale is an eye-level physician scale designed to measure weight and height efficiently in one unit. Its touchless sonar height rod automatically captures patient height, while the scale records weight and shows both readings on the display without requiring the operator to press a button. The extra-wide flat platform measures 17 in W x 17 in D x 2.75 in H and supports a 600 lb x 0.2 lb / 300 kg x 0.1 kg capacity. The scale includes a 0.75-inch-high LCD readout, units locking in pounds or kilograms, and BMI calculation. Connectivity options include one RS232 serial port and one micro USB-B port, with HL7 IEEE 11073 compliance and available Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and Welch Allyn connectivity. Power can be supplied by AC or battery, and an AC adapter is included on some models.
