Detecto Apex digital physician scales are built with a sturdy column design and an eye-level clinical-blue LCD for easy viewing during patient measurements. This model includes an inline mechanical height rod and an extra-wide flat platform measuring 17 in W x 17 in D x 2.75 in H. The scale offers a capacity of 600 lb x 0.2 lb or 300 kg x 0.1 kg, with units that can be locked in pounds or kilograms. It also supports BMI calculation and operates on AC power or battery power, with an AC adapter included on some models. Connectivity features include one RS232 serial port, one micro USB-B port, HL7 IEEE 11073 compliance, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth capability, and Welch Allyn connectivity. For added mobility and setup convenience, the scale includes dual wheels and an integral bubble level.
