Product Description
The Detecto APEX-RI portable scale combines a spacious 17 in W x 17 in D platform with a remote indicator for convenient weight display. It supports weighing up to 600 lb in 0.2 lb increments or 300 kg in 0.1 kg increments and includes a 0.75-inch-high clinical-blue LCD readout for clear visibility. The scale allows unit locking in either pounds or kilograms, includes BMI calculation, and features a 6 ft cable connecting the scale base to the indicator. Built for practical portability, it also includes an integral carrying handle and a textured platform surface. Power options include AC or 12 AA batteries, and an AC adapter is included. The unit provides one RS232 serial port, one micro USB-B port, and HL7 IEEE 11073 compliance. Wi-Fi/Bluetooth models are available in select -C versions, with protocol information available upon request.
