Built for weighing infants and small patients, this Detecto Pediatric Scale Cart features 1 gram divisions, a 30 lb / 15 kg capacity, and a roomy 22 in x 9 in weighing tray flat area. The scale is NTEP certified for verified weighing accuracy, helping support careful patient measurement in clinical environments. A 3.2 in diagonal full-color touchscreen LCD with 320 x 240 resolution provides clear operation, while OneWeigh units locking allows selection between lb and kg. The unit also includes an integral measuring tape up to 22 in / 56 cm, a lift-off clear polystyrene tray for easy cleaning, built-in carrying handles, and a wide supportive base for infant safety. Colorful animal graphics on the front add a child-friendly appearance. The LCD includes MILK and DIAPER keys for tracking infant fluid output, and the memory function stores and recalls up to 5 patient weights. Patient identification can be entered with up to an 8-digit numeric ID for transfer to EMR/EHR systems. Connectivity includes 9-pin RS232, USB-B, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.0. The attached cart provides two shelves for storage and is mounted on wheels for easier movement throughout the hospital.
