The Detecto WPS12UT Mariner scale combines IP67 water protection with a deep stainless steel utility bowl for clinical weighing tasks that require quick cleanup and reliable handling. It is suitable for measuring used chux underpads, wet diapers for adults or children, lap sponges, and organs, as well as quantifying fluids or blood loss during procedures. The 4.6-inch deep bowl helps retain samples, while the tare function allows the dry weight to be removed so only fluid output is measured. A backlit blue LCD display provides clear visibility, and raised buttons support easy operation. The scale includes a rechargeable battery pack and AC adapter for flexible use in multiple locations. Stainless steel construction helps resist corrosion and protects the internal electronics from water exposure.
