This Med Aire Plus mattress replacement system combines alternating pressure therapy with low air loss technology in a Group 2 support surface design. The 8-inch mattress is indicated for the prevention and treatment of all stages of pressure ulcers and is intended to help maintain skin integrity by supporting pressure redistribution and moisture management. The included control unit delivers 8 LPM operation with four cycle time options, auto-recovery, seat inflation, micro processing feedback, three diagnostic alarms, and adjustable comfort settings to suit patient needs. The mattress features durable head-to-toe air cells with pillow function, cell-on-cell construction for power outage protection, and a low-shear, anti-friction, fluid-resistant stretch cover.
