Designed for customized positioning and convenient operation, the Drive Viper Plus GT Wheelchair offers multiple adjustment points throughout the frame, seating, armrests, and footrests. The universal armrests can be converted to desk, half, or full arm positions at the push of a button, while the padded arms also adjust in height and length and flip back for easier transfers and varied use. Seat depth adjusts from 16 to 18 inches through built-in seat rail extensions and extendable upholstery, and the backrest adjusts from 17 to 19 inches with a 5 to 20 degree angle range.
This model includes a dual axle for multiple seat-to-floor height positions, over-center cross brace construction, and a sturdy all-aluminum frame with heavy-gauge flame-retardant nylon upholstery. It is equipped with quick release 24-inch composite Mag-style wheels, urethane rear tires and casters, adjustable angle caster forks, tool-free swing-away footrests, push-to-lock wheel locks, and an adjustable anti-tipper with flip-up wheels.
