Designed for in-room and point-of-care applications, this Enthermics ivNow unit delivers warmed fluids in a quiet, easy-to-use format with no moving parts. Place an IV bag into the pod to activate warming, and the system automatically brings the fluid up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit in 30 minutes or less. The digital display shows the actual temperature of each bag during the warming process and records warming time to support compliance and help reduce waste. After 15 days of continuous warming, the unit alerts users to remove and discard the bag; this setting is adjustable from 7 to 60 days. The ivNow 1 includes one warming pod and is suitable for patient rooms or procedure rooms where dependable fluid warming is needed.
