Product Description
This Enthermics ivNow unit features two warming pods for use in countertop, wall-mounted, or stand-mounted applications. It is intended for point-of-care and in-room use in settings such as emergency departments, delivery rooms, surgical suites, ICUs, and NICUs. The unit is designed to warm an IV bag automatically to 104 degrees Fahrenheit in 30 minutes or less after the bag is placed in the pod.
The digital display shows the actual temperature of each bag throughout the warming process and records how long each bag has been warmed to help support regulatory compliance and reduce waste. The warmer operates quietly with no moving parts and is easy to use. After 15 days of continuous warming, the unit alerts users to remove and discard the bag of fluid, and that interval can be adjusted from 7 to 60 days. Each pod can hold one bag with a capacity range of 0.5 to 3 liters and can provide 20 to 140 liters of warmed fluid during a 12-hour period.
