The system operates through a subscription-free app and offers more than 30 preprogrammed drills across 8 categories, with options to customize sessions and save data for progress review. Up to four players can train at the same time. The lights are durable, flexible, and suitable for indoor or outdoor use at distances of up to 50M to 75M from the device. Connection is available through WiFi or Bluetooth, and the included accessories support portability and setup.
