Product Description
Over time, the O-rings used at the hose connections on a Game Ready control unit can wear out, harden, crack, swell, or otherwise degrade. When that happens, the system may show leakage, hose connection difficulty, or related error codes. This panel mount O-ring replacement kit provides the parts and tool needed to replace damaged O-rings and restore a secure seal at the connection point. It is intended for use on all Game Ready systems and should be installed only with the unit turned off and unplugged.
The included utility packing hook tool is designed to help remove and install O-rings with care. It features a sure-grip aluminum handle, a steel shaft, and a magnetic pickup in the handle. The tool can also be used for prying open stuck gaskets and for removing springs, washers, and waddings. Users should avoid scratching the metal connector, over-stretching the O-ring, or twisting it during installation. The tool tip is extremely sharp, so caution is required during use.
