The unit features an adjustable-tilt 9" LCD display for clear viewing during exercise, along with color-coded buttons for simple operation. Users can adjust resistance with the touch of a button, and the display includes 21 built-in programs for different training needs. Adjustable cranks are included for both upper and lower body exercise applications.
