The Helix HLT3500-3D combines lateral training with patented 3D motion to create a workout pattern that follows natural human movement. The trainer includes a Polar compatible heart rate receiver, a built-in quick start function, and workout programs such as Helix Intervals and HIIT Intervals for structured sessions.
Its center console features an easy-to-read TFT interactive display that tracks Time, Calories, RPM, Distance, HR, Level, METS, and Watts in real time. The unit also includes workout history tracking and a personal data saving function for faster access to frequent workouts. Additional controls such as pedal direction indicator and guidance help support use during training. This model does not require electric power.
