The Titan Thumb Orthosis is designed to provide professional-grade wrist and thumb stabilization with adjustable features that support individualized fitting. The Regular size accommodates wrist circumferences from 4.5 to 9.5 inches, or 11.4 to 24.1 cm, and the movable stay pod design helps make the brace adaptable for use across a range of patients. Perforated materials are incorporated throughout the orthosis to promote airflow and moisture management during wear.
The brace includes four malleable stays that can be shaped to support specific positioning needs. The oblique thumb stay helps position the thumb, the volar stay adjusts wrist position, the radial stay contours to help control thumb abduction, and the ulnar stay helps limit unwanted wrist deviation. A stockinette tongue supports straightforward application, and the moldable construction allows clinicians to refine the fit and positioning as needed. After fitting, the brace can be removed and reapplied by the patient.
