This Home Ranger shoulder pulley system is made to help increase and maintain shoulder mobility through guided exercise. The patented Sure Track Pulley includes a surrounding fender that helps keep the rope in place during use, while the self-lubricating nylon pulley is designed to reduce squeaks and snags. The rubber head and web-strap design allow the strap to be placed over the top or along the side of a standard door, making it easier to set up for different exercise angles and positions. The braided 86-inch rope is marked at intervals to help track progress and is designed not to fray, flatten, or unravel with repeated use. A full-color exercise booklet is included with step-by-step instructions for 11 basic shoulder exercises.
