Product Description
This cable cross-over fitness trainer is designed to support efficient transitions between exercises while targeting multiple muscle groups. The twin angled, fully adjustable cable columns and dual cable design help provide smooth movement with reduced resistance, while the 2:1 cable ratio and long cable pulls make the station well suited for circuit-style training. Two standard 150 lb. weight stacks are included, with upgrade options available in 50 lb. increments up to 300 lbs. per stack.
The unit includes features intended for both functionality and durability, such as 1" shafts, ABEC rated ball bearings at the exercise pivots, 2" x 4" flat oval tubing, 4.5" pulleys, and 3/8" diameter 4000 lb. cable. It also offers a multi-function cross bar, chin-up bar, rock climbing grips, a 2" thick bar, four stability handles, cast steel weight plates, dual chrome steel stirrup handles, and 17 height adjustment positions. An integrated foot block supports seated row exercises, and the included exercise placard provides basic guidance for use. Steel shrouds with powder and clear coat finish add a mar-resistant appearance, and the platinum color is suited to a variety of spaces.
