Product Description
This FID bench offers the flexibility of a flat bench, incline bench, and decline bench in a single piece of equipment. It can be used with dumbbells, weights, or on its own for exercises such as sit-ups, curls, leg raises, twists, and push-ups. Seven back pad positions and four seat pad positions help users find the right setup for a variety of movements and training needs.
The bench is built with a 2" x 4" flat oval tubing frame and has a compact footprint that makes it suitable for gyms, facilities, and home workout spaces. In the flat position, the bench sits 17.5" off the ground. Integrated wheels make it easier to move, and assembly does not require power tools. The bench is also easy to clean with a warm, damp cloth and mild soap.
