Designed for serious training spaces, this Inflight Fitness Olympic Bench is wider and longer than a standard bench to better support Olympic-style lifting and related exercises. The flat bench design is intended for bench press movements and other floor-based or bench-supported training routines, while the open frame allows for safe spotting during lifts. Constructed with 2" x 4" flat oval tubing, the frame is built for strength and stability, and the unit includes five legs for added balance. Dual tab heights help accommodate both shorter and taller users, and the four weight horns provide storage for plates. This bench is intended for flat bench use only and is not designed for incline or decline exercises. Assembly is required, and no power tools are needed.
