Built for demanding fitness environments, the Inflight Vanguard Training System combines durability, flexibility, and efficient use of space. Its two-stack, three-station design allows multiple users to train at once and makes it easy to move from one cable exercise to another by changing stations. The adjustable pulley system supports a wide range of exercises for the arms, legs, upper body, lower body, and core.
Standard features include two 150 lb. weight stacks, with the option to upgrade each stack in 50 lb. increments up to 300 lbs. The unit includes premium upholstered seating with sewn vinyl covers, contoured seat and back pads for added support, and a ratchet adjustment system for positioning. Commercial-rated 1" shafts, 1" pillow block bearings on the press arm, cast steel weight plates, and 4.5" and 6" pulleys are designed to support smooth operation and reliable use. The 1/4" diameter, 4000 lb. military-spec cable and full steel shrouds with powder and clear coat finishes add to the unit's rugged construction and clean appearance.
The Vanguard can be assembled in either a left- or right-hand configuration to better fit the room layout. It also includes exercise placards that illustrate machine setup, proper form, and target muscle groups. Hand grips are made from non-absorbent, UV-resistant closed cell foam and finished with aluminum grip caps for durability.
