The KT Tape Recovery+ Ice/Heat Compression Therapy System offers a convenient way to apply cold or heat therapy with a secure, adjustable wrap. The insulated pocket holds the reusable hot or cold pack in place, helping keep temperatures effective longer while also creating a barrier between the pack and the skin. The wrap can be fitted to contour around many areas of the body, including the neck, shoulder, pecs, biceps, triceps, arm, hip, IT band, and other large or small muscle groups. An elastic extension strap is included to provide additional length when needed, and a transport bag makes it easier to carry and store the system. The package includes a reusable heat pack, a reusable cold pack, and a one-time-use pack that provides 10 to 15 minutes of immediate ice therapy.
