Product Description

Caresia bandage liners are intended to streamline lower extremity lymphedema bandaging by reducing the process to two steps: apply the liner and wrap over it with two or more short stretch bandages. This below knee, short, large garment is sized for a calf between 13.7" and 16.1", an ankle girth between 13.3" and 15.7", and a calf girth between 20.4" and 24.4". Short stretch bandages are sold separately.

The liner features foam-chip particles that help encourage a gentle tissue stretch and pressure differential while supporting the initial lymphatic system. It is designed to be gentle on delicate skin and may help reduce compression hot spots by distributing irregular pressure more evenly. Caresia liners are also intended to help break up fibrotic tissue and can reduce the time required for traditional short-stretch bandaging. For proper sizing, measure the length and girth of the limb from the distal end moving proximally.
