The L&R Caresia thigh bandage liner is designed to simplify lower extremity bandaging for lymphedema care. It is sized for an average medium thigh and intended to be used with short stretch bandages applied over the liner.
Product Description
Caresia bandage liners are made to streamline active phase compression routines by reducing the process to two steps: place the liner on the patient and wrap it with two or more short stretch bandages. This lower extremity version is sized for a medium thigh with a thigh length between 11" and 12.9" and a groin girth between 25.5" and 33.4". Short stretch bandages are sold separately. The liner features foam-chip particles that help support gentle tissue stretch and pressure distribution while remaining comfortable on delicate skin.
By helping distribute irregular pressure more evenly, the liner may assist in reducing compression hot spots during bandaging. It is also designed to help break up fibrotic tissue and can support more efficient wrapping compared with traditional short-stretch bandaging alone. Caresia liners are machine washable and dryer safe, with care instructions to avoid bleach and tumble dry on permanent press.
