Product Description
The Liftup FlexStep V2 1000 is a three-step indoor solution that functions as both a staircase and a lift platform. It is intended for spaces where fitting separate stairs and a stairlift would be difficult, offering a compact installation that can integrate into existing layouts. The 3-step model is intended for travel up to 74 mm and supports a lifting height of 360 to 555 mm with one stop, or 480 to 740 mm with the additional 2 top stop software option.
The fixed staircase is installed leading up to the front wall and floor, and step widths are available in 700 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm, or 1,000 mm. The platform ramp folds down for wheelchair access and is raised and locked before movement begins. Safety features include pressure plates under the platform to stop operation if an object is detected below, infra-red protection between the steps to help reduce crushing risk, automatic stopping in the event of overload or uneven weight distribution, and acoustic alarms that signal lift movement. Built-in batteries provide power during an outage.
