Product Description
The FlexStep V2 700 offers a compact, dual-purpose access solution that functions as both a staircase and a lift for wheelchair users. Designed for indoor use, it is intended for installations where space is limited and a separate flight of stairs and stairlift would not be practical. The ramp folds down to allow the user to roll onto or off the platform, then raises and locks before lift movement begins. This 3-step model is intended for travels up to 74 mm, with a lifting height of 360-555 mm using one stop and 480-740 mm with an extra 2 top stop software stop.
The system includes safety features such as pressure plates under the platform, infra-red protection between the steps, automatic stopping in the event of overload or uneven weight distribution, and acoustic alarms during operation. Batteries provide power in the event of an outage. Fixed steps are available in widths of 700 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm, or 1,000 mm, and a fixed staircase can be installed to the front wall and floor. Round or square balustrades are available to coordinate with the FlexStep design.
