Product Description
The Liftup FlexStep V2 700 is an indoor 5-step stairlift and staircase combination designed to provide both walking access and wheelchair access in a compact footprint. It is intended for travel heights up to 1110 mm and offers a platform length of 1525 mm. The fixed staircase can be installed to the front wall and floor, and it may be supplied with round or square balustrades to coordinate with the unit. The ramp folds down to allow the user to roll onto or off the platform, then raises and locks before the lift can move. Safety features include pressure plates under the platform that stop operation if an object is detected, an infra-red safety device between the steps to help reduce crushing risk, automatic stopping in the event of overload or uneven weight distribution, and acoustic alarms that signal movement. Batteries are included to provide power during an outage. Fixed step widths are available in 700 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm, or 1000 mm.
