Product Description
Liftup FlexStep V2 is a multi-function stair and lift system intended for indoor use, offering a practical way to combine everyday steps with wheelchair access in the same installation. The 3+1 step configuration and 800 mm step width make it suitable for spaces where a traditional staircase and separate stairlift are not feasible. When the lift is in use, the ramp folds down to allow rolling on and off the platform, then raises and locks before movement begins. Built-in safety features include pressure plates under the platform, an infra-red safety device between the steps, overload protection, and acoustic alarms that signal lift movement. Battery backup helps power the system during an outage. The fixed staircase is installed up to the front wall and floor, and can be supplied with round or square balustrades to coordinate with the system.
