Product Description
Liftup FlexStep V2 800 is a 2-in-1 indoor access system that functions as both a fixed staircase and a wheelchair platform lift. This model is designed for height differences from 240 to 370 mm and features a short lower step with an extra long upper step. When converted to lift mode, the platform length is 1210 mm. The fold-down ramp allows users to roll onto and off the platform, then raises and locks before movement begins. Pressure plates beneath the platform help stop operation if an object is detected, while an infra-red safety device between the steps helps reduce the risk of crushing. The lift also stops automatically in the event of overload or uneven weight distribution. Acoustic alarms provide movement feedback during operation. Built-in batteries supply power during an outage, supporting continued functionality. Fixed step widths are available in 700 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm, or 1,000 mm, and the staircase can be supplied with round or square balustrades to suit the installation environment.
