Product Description
The Liftup FlexStep V2 800 is a 3-step outdoor stairlift and platform solution designed to provide both steps and lift access in a single installation. It is intended for spaces where fitting a separate staircase and stairlift would be difficult, and it can be configured as a fixed staircase installed to the front wall and floor. This model is suited for travel up to 74 mm and offers a lifting height of 360-555 mm with one stop, or 480-740 mm when using the extra stop 2 top stop software. The step width is 800 mm, and fixed step widths are also available in 700 mm, 900 mm, and 1,000 mm options.
The platform ramp folds down to allow roll-on and roll-off access, then raises and locks before the lift begins moving. Safety features include pressure plates under the platform that stop operation if an object is detected, infra-red protection between the steps to help reduce crushing risk, automatic stopping in the event of overload or uneven weight distribution, and acoustic alarms that indicate lift movement. Batteries are built into the unit to provide power during an outage. Round or square balustrades can be supplied to coordinate with the FlexStep installation.
