Product Description
The Liftup FlexStep V2 800 is a 5-step outdoor stair lift and staircase combination designed to provide both walking access and wheelchair access in one compact system. Intended for travel heights up to 1110 mm, it is well suited to locations where fitting a separate stairway and stairlift is difficult. The fixed staircase is installed to the front wall and floor, and the platform ramp folds down to allow wheelchair users to roll onto and off the lift platform. Before movement begins, the ramp is raised and locked in place.
This model includes built-in safety and control features to support normal operation. Pressure plates beneath the platform stop the lift if an object is detected underneath, while an infra-red safety device between the steps helps reduce the risk of crushing. If overload or uneven weight distribution occurs, the platform stops automatically. Acoustic alarms provide movement notifications during operation. The unit is equipped with batteries to supply power in the event of an outage. The 5-step model has a platform length of 1525 mm and fixed steps are available in widths of 700 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm, or 1,000 mm. Round or square balustrades can be supplied to match the overall design.
