Love Handles is a lightweight exercise system with a pair of elliptical arms that attach to most chairs, wheelchairs, and strollers. When used with a chair, it lets the user stay seated while working the arms, shoulders, back, stomach, and core. When attached to a stroller, it supports upper body exercise during everyday walks, jogging, or power walking.
The arms can move forward or backward to support a full upper body workout. Resistance can be adjusted by turning the ergonomic side knob. Love Handles also supports traditional movements such as tricep push-downs and bicep curls. The set arrives fully assembled and includes a fully illustrated instruction manual and exercise guide.
