Adjustable gearbar, carriage stopping, footbar, and headrest positions help create a more customized setup for different users and exercises.
The reformer includes a 1-inch thick wooden standing platform, pommel-style shoulder rests, durable vinyl upholstery, and dense EVA foam for comfort and feedback during use. The carriage moves smoothly on aluminum rails, while the retractable rope system and recoiling rope reels make rope adjustments easier. Resistance is provided by five high-precision springs, and the included neoprene spring covers help reduce noise during operation.
The vertical frame expands exercise options with springs, straps, handles, hooks, and pulleys that support variable angles of resistance and three-dimensional movement.
