The gearbar, carriage stopper, footbar, and headrest can be positioned to suit different exercises and user preferences, while the carriage moves smoothly along aluminum rails for consistent performance. Durable vinyl upholstery and dense EVA foam help provide comfort and stable feedback during use. The bundle also includes a vertical frame with springs, straps, handles, hooks, and pulleys for variable resistance and three-dimensional movement, along with a mat converter that turns the rails into a firm platform for matwork and Cadillac exercises.
The reformer comes standard with five high-precision springs, retractable ropes with recoiling reels, and neoprene spring covers to help reduce noise.
