Product Description
The ActivaTek Ionto4 Iontophoretic Delivery Kit uses synthetic pH stabilizing buffering agents within each electrode to help reduce polarity shifts in the drug solution during treatment. This supports consistent and efficient drug delivery throughout the iontophoresis procedure. A proprietary silver-silver chloride conducting element is used to improve drug delivery compared with carbon-based iontophoresis electrodes, and water activation is not required, helping avoid impurities from water contamination.
The large square electrode design provides a generous adhesive area to support current distribution and help maintain placement during treatment. This size is one of four options in the Ionto4 line, which also includes three square sizes and a butterfly style for different placement and drug capacity needs. Each kit includes one 4.0 cc, 4 mA large square iontophoresis electrode, one buffered return electrode, and one alcohol prep pad. Box of 12 individual treatment kits.
