Product Description
The NuStep T6 PRO Recumbent Cross Trainer combines a comfortable seated position with a smooth stepping motion to engage major muscle groups during low-impact exercise. It is suited for physical therapy, cardiopulmonary rehab, cardiovascular conditioning, sports medicine, wellness centers, senior living environments, and home gym use. The unit supports arm-only, leg-only, or combined upper- and lower-body exercise, with resistance training available through 15 workload settings.
Workout information is displayed on an easy-to-read dual-screen console with an LCD color touchscreen. The lower screen shows time, speed, distance, resistance, and heart rate, while the upper screen allows users to review progress and select programs. The T6 PRO also includes Pace Partner, which provides a pacing guide during exercise, along with multiple programs and interval profiles for different ability levels.
Comfort and adjustability are built into the design. The seat is 18 inches wide, foam padded, ergonomically shaped, and includes contoured back support. It adjusts forward, back, and reclines up to 12 degrees. The arm handles can rotate and extend, and the stepping range adjusts up to 8.5 inches. Oversized cushioned foot pedals, contact heart rate grips, a water bottle holder, and the standard Grab Ring add convenience and stability. The heavy-duty welded steel frame is powder coated, zinc-plated components help resist rust, and the all-belt drive provides quiet, frictionless operation. The equipment must be plugged in for proper operation.
The preinstalled Stability Essentials Bundle includes Well Grips, Unilateral Leg Stabilizers, and a Hip / Torso Seat Belt.
